The Sanctuary program fosters an environment of collaboration and brainstorming. Sometimes you need a fresh perspective or a new idea to overcome an obstacle, and that's where the community aspect comes in.

Here’s what you will get:

  • 8 x 1-on-1 Coaching or Breathwork sessions (60-90 min)

  • 20 x Workshopping sessions (60 - 180 min)

  • Unlimited Voxer Group Coaching for an embedded support network that you can access at any time

You are unique, and so is your journey.

This 12-month program is divided into quarters, with each quarter focusing on setting intentions, creating a plan to achieve them, and getting to know yourself better through tests, assessments, inner wisdom, and ancestry.

You can also expect a quarterly ceremony to combine brainstorming and holding energetic space for each person's intention.

Those who fight relentlessly to reach their goals are idolized. I know, I closely followed Kobe Bryant’s journey from the age of 12. From a teen, I was obsessed with fighting to reach all my goals. Having enslaved ancestry and living in a world where systematic racism abounds, fighting is deeply ingrained in every fiber of me.

However, I've learned that success doesn't always require constant fighting and pushing against the odds. There's another way – one that involves trusting the process, taking it easy, and allowing opportunities to come to us.

SANCTUARY will provide the safety not only to learn to drop the fight but also to feel safe to do it. SANCTUARY is about; reinventing, reaching higher, and feeling good while doing it.

Answering your potential questions so you won’t have to ask

  • What if you simply look at reinvention as growth? Would you feel differently about it? One cannot grow unless they reinvent themselves even a little bit.

    I also believe there's a reason you're asking this question. There's likely a part of you that's calling you to sign up for this, but your fears are standing in the way.   • Immediately after signing up. SANCTUARY will have an open enrollment. This means people can join when they desire until it’s capped at 8 total members (including the scholarship).

    Anyone who signs up before the group calls start will stay enrolled until a year after the first group call.

  • We will be taking into account every person’s schedule when setting up group meeting times.

    The program is designed to be flexible, and it’s totally understandable that the meeting times might not work for everyone at the same time. If/when that happens, the recording of the call will be provided and can then be discussed in the Voxer group.

  • Unlike most coaching programs, Sanctuary is a personalized approach that doesn't force you to act against your nature.

    The program fosters an environment of collaboration and brainstorming and provides an embedded support network.

    It offers a unique blend of business and personal coaching and provides both 1:1 and group coaching sessions.

  • Great question. While setting up this program there were a lot of potential curriculums that I’ve considered. I chose to let go of the idea of having a set curriculum. That’s never fit with my coaching style which is very intuitive.

    Since this is a hybrid of private and group coaching, it’s more tailored to each individual. There is definitely a lot we’ll be doing as a group but each individual curriculum will look different.

    Here are some things that will be included:

    - Different personality tests (costs included) to get a better understanding of who you are

    - Understanding and uncovering your levels of legacy

    - Challenging internalized systematic norms that hold you back

    - Fine-tuning your Personal Success Sequence

  • Nope.

    Hey Sheedia used to only coach women, so there’s a good chance that a majority of the people will be people that identify as women.

    However, this is open for anyone no matter how they identify.

  • The credit will be deducted from the full commitment to SANCTUARY.
